Do I need to bring conversion adapters for electrical outlets?
Adapters are not necessary if you are traveling from the US. The condo has standard US plugs.
How far is the property from town?
Cozumel Penthouse is located 3.7 KM (2.2 miles) from the square, Parque Benito Juarez, where the fountain is located, as well as many restaurants and shops.

How far away is the grocery store?
Take a right out of the driveway. There are two grocery stores on the main road on the right side going into town. Chedraui and Mega are within a block of each other. Both are approximately 2.8 KM or 1.7 miles from Cozumel Penthouse on the main road. Most everything you could need can be found at either store. Also there is an OXXO, similar to 7-11 in the US, that is open 24 hours and is just downstairs from Cozumel Penthouse.
Where are the best places to go snorkeling off the beach?
You can snorkel or shore dive right across the street from Cozumel Penthouse! There is a public beach area at Tikila Bar and Sunset Restaurant and Bar. From the balcony at night you might see night diver’s lights under the water! Cozumel is surrounded by coral reef. Snorkeling from the shore, you will see mostly fish. An excursion is necessary to see the fish among the coral reef.
Are there any restaurants close by? (walking distance)
Sunset Restaurant and Bar Is just across the street and to the right. They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as happy hour. There is a dedicated snorkeling area as well!
Ernesto's Fajita Factory is within walking distance as well. When leaving the condo, walk across the street and turn left. Ernesto's is on the water just past the cigar shop.
Tikila Bar offers food, drinks and shore diving/snorkeling. They are directly across the street from the condo!
Is maid service included?
Yes! The maid can come any day except Sunday. You choose how often you want her! She will make the beds, launder the linens, wash the floors, windows and cleans the bathrooms, patios and kitchen. She also oversees and schedules maintenance. If you would like a private meal cooked for your group, she is an amazing cook too! We can help you schedule her cooking services when you arrive.
